Account Security Layers

Your account is protected by password hashing and optional two-step verification. We log every login attempt — successful or not — and alert you by SMS to the mobile number linked to your Paytm or PhonePe account if an unusual sign-in is detected.

Data Retention Windows

We keep transaction records, including PhonePe and UPI deposit logs, for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations. Account profile data is held as long as your account is active, and for a defined period after closure to meet audit requirements.

We share data only with payment processors like UPI and Paytm networks and with identity or fraud-verification partners. Every third party we engage is bound by a data-processing agreement that prohibits them from using your data for any other purpose.
